Ganther donated the architectural services for the Freedom House’s upcoming Homeless Shelter, Green Bay, WI. The home is designed to house families that have completed the Freedom House programs but require additional time and counseling.

100 Block, Oshkosh, WI

Type: Mixed - Use Residential, Office, and Retail

Located on one of the most prominent corners in downtown Oshkosh, the 100 Block Development is among Oshkosh’s largest projects to be completed in the past decade. The building stands six stories tall and features 62 apartments with balconies, 16,000 square feet of leasable commercial space, underground parking and a roof patio with panoramic views of Lake Winnebago and the Oshkosh skyline.

James Street Inn, De Pere, WI

Located on the shores of the scenic Fox River in the heart of downtown De Pere and near the St. Norbert College campus, the James Street Inn offers distinctive accommodations in a historic setting. The Inn features 36 suites, many with whirlpools, fireplaces and private waterfront decks. There are also extended-stay, two-story penthouse suites with kitchenettes, fireplaces, office space and in-room whirlpool baths.
