Fratellos Waterfront Restaurant and Brewery, Oshkosh, WI

Type: Waterfront Restaurant and Microbrewery

This project is one of several themed restaurants completed for the same client. It involved the renovation of the former Vulcan Hydroelectric Power Plant. The restaurant features magnificent views of the Fox River in one of Appleton’s most historic industrial areas, exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, glass and metal sculptures and a vibrant color palette. It has 7,500 square-foot featuring a private dining area, bar and seating for 185 people. There is also an impressive wine cellar.

Green Bay Tennis Center, Ashwaubenon, WI

Type: Indoor Tennis Facility

When completed in fall of 2009, the Green Bay Tennis facility is the premiere place to learn and play tennis. The first phase of the project includes six indoor, temperature controlled asphalt courts, pro shop, locker room and shower facilities, viewing and lobby areas and management offices. Total capacity is approximately 45,000 square feet.

Green Bay Children's Museum, Green Bay, WI

Type: Hands-On Children’s Museum

The new Green Bay Children’s Museum is the cornerstone of Green Bay’s downtown redevelopment. It has approximately 15,000 square feet of space and is being designed for children of all ages and interests. The project is scheduled to be complete in 2010.

Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) World Headquarters, Oshkosh, WI

First Business Center, Appleton, WI

Type: Multi-Tenant Office Building

This high-profile, class-A office building is home to several well-respected national tenants. It has 45,000 square feet with a steel frame and masonry exterior with impressive spans of glass.

Larson Engineering Building, Appleton, WI

Type: Contemporary Commercial Office Building

Located on Appleton’s northern beltline, this multi-story office building offers its tenants all the latest advances in technology in a contemporary, open floor plan. It has 28,000 square feet with abundant glass, stone, brick and block.

Casaloma Retail Center, Grand Chute, WI

Type: Retail Center

The building is located in the shopping district at the opening of the Fox River Mall in the Town of Grand Chute just west of Appleton. The building structure is steel with intricate masonry veneer and staggered roof line to give tenants their own identity. It has 14,800 square feet.

Pamco, Inc., Appleton, WI

Type: Office Suites

The 16,000 square-foot building was designed to accommodate multiple tenants and is divided into office suites. The center core has 16-foot ceilings with skylights. Romanesque pillars provide a distinctive, classic signature. The exterior is brick with Exterior Finish Insulation System (EFIS) accents.
