Parkside Manor, Kenosha, WI
Type: Community Based Retirement Facility (CBRF) with Alzheimer’s and Memory Impairment Care
Parkside Manor features several prototype architectural features that have been incorporated in several subsequent projects for the same client. The facility has 41,000 gross square feet and 56 luxury living units.
Bella Vista and Bella Vista Manor, Oshkosh, WI
Type: Independent and Catered Living with 24-Hour Care
Bella Vista is an adaptive reuse project involving the full renovation of the former Mercy Medical Hospital. The building spans over 250,000 square feet and includes 111 independent living units, 36 assisted living units, 34 market-rate apartments, a full service salon and spa, concierge service, fitness center, fine dining and cafe that is also open to the public.

Type: Community Based Retirement Facility (CBRF) with Alzheimer’s and Memory Impairment Care
Lakeshore Manor included extensive remodeling and the completion of a 49-unit, 27,000 gross square foot, assisted living addition featuring alzheimer’s and memory care services.

Type: Independent - Assisted Living with 24-Hour Care
Island Shores offers luxury amenities to seniors desiring independent living or assisted living featuring 24-hour care. Residents enjoy underground parking, fine dining, salon, spa, concierge, fitness area and other amenities. The building has 146,000 square feet and 107 living units.

Northfield Manor, located just minutes from Milwaukee, has 41 living units within 30,000 square feet.
Washington Center, New London, WI
Type: Residential Community Apartment Complex (RCAC)
This former high school built in the 1930s was converted into a RCAC that has 32 licensed apartment units, a gymnasium, adult daycare and senior center and community food pantry. The project received a Build Wisconsin Award from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin.
St. Joseph Residence, New London, WI
Type: Community Based Retirement Facility (CBRF)
We completed phases one and two of a multi-phase, master-planned campus. The addition included a 14-unit CBRF. The building features a radiant floor heating system.
Forest View Dental, Appleton, WI
Type: Dental Clinic
At 15,000 square feet, Forest View Dental is one of the largest dental clinics north of Milwaukee. The building features a masonry exterior and an elevator that services all three levels. Exam rooms have plenty of natural light and views of wildlife and greenery.
