Ben B Ganther

After receiving training in Germany and Switzerland, Ben B. Ganther, sailed to America. He arrived in Oshkosh, Wisconsin in 1888. For the next 16 years he worked as a mason for local contractors. His attention to detail can be seen today in structures throughout the Fox River Valley. In 1900, he started his business and by 1913, the company had grown into a full-service general contractor.

Alfred R Ganther Sr.

In 1923, Alfred R. Ganther, Sr., an engineer, joined the firm and remained active in the family business until his death in 1976.

Alfred (Fritz) R. Ganther Jr.

His son Alfred (Fritz) R. Ganther, Jr., an architect by training, headed the company until retiring in 1992.

Ben T Ganther

Fritz’s son, Ben Ganther, joined the firm in 1980 and became president in 1992.
